Shipping Policy Order Processing Time

All orders will be processed within 1-2 business days after payment confirmation. Orders placed before 6:00 PM (GMT-08:00 Pacific Standard Time) on weekdays will usually be processed on the same day. Orders placed after 6:00 PM or on public holidays will be processed on the next business day.

Order Cutoff Time

Monday, Wednesday through Sunday: 6:00 PM (GMT-08:00 Pacific Standard Time), Closed on Tuesdays

Delivery Time

Once dispatched, your order will arrive within 3–6 business days depending on your location within the USA mainland.

Delivery Area

We currently deliver to the USA mainland only. Delivery to overseas territories (Channel Islands, Isle of Man, Scottish Highlands and Islands, Northern Ireland) and international addresses is not available at this time.

Delivery Partner

We ship via UPS for all standard parcel deliveries. For larger or heavier items, we coordinate with specialised freight carriers who offer door-to-door delivery service. For such deliveries:

The carrier will contact you in advance to schedule a suitable delivery window
Please ensure someone is available at the delivery address to receive and inspect the goods
The driver will notify you ahead of time to confirm the delivery appointment

Order Cancellation

Before shipment: You may cancel your order for a full refund at any time before it has been dispatched. Contact us immediately by email or phone with your order number.

After shipment: Once your order has left our facility, it cannot be cancelled. Please follow our Refunds & Returns Policy to return the item after delivery.

Tracking Your Order

After your order ships, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number. You can monitor your package in real time via the carrier's website or by contacting our support team.
